CAMELLIA PLACE is an exclusive, private adult community. You must be 55 years or older to purchase a home in Camellia Place. There are seven house plans to choose from. Two and three bedroom plans ranging from 1510 square feet to 1783 square feet. All homes have two car garages located on 52’ by 121’ lots. Camellia Place is a gated community.
  MADISON SQUARE is our single family development designed for all ages. Madison Square offers spacious plans up to 2700 square feet. This area is located off Village Lake Drive with some of the lots sharing views of The Village Lake. Madison Square, a gated community, is within walking distance of the Village Club.
